ConnectTV for Teachers & Network Managers has arrived!

One of the things you've asked us for is to create a set of video tutorials to show you how to get the most out of some of the new features in CC4. We thought this was a great idea, so we've created some tutorials and made them available on the RM Support website (linked below), through My Connect and through the RM Management Console.

We've tailored the tutorials to the audience, so there are different tutorials specifically to help Teachers and Network Managers. Initially we've only done a handful of tutorials, but we'll be publishing some more very soon. Watch this space...

So how do I access ConnectTV? 
ConnectTV is only available to schools using CC4 and those who have a login for RM Support.

Teachers - you can access ConnectTV by going to www.rm.com/connecttv/teachers or by logging on to MyConnect using your teacher login, clicking on Help, then Video Tutorials - here you'll see a quick overview of MyConnect - the new CC4 desktop feature for teachers. We'll add some more videos soon.

Network Managers can view their videos by logging into Support Online and going to www.rm.com/connecttv/networkmanagers
Alternatively you can access the videos through the Help menu in the RMMC
